Sefer Aliyev told press conference about developing network of multi-service centers and introducing e-workflow

Makhachkala, September 18 /RIA "Dagestan"/ Daghestan minister of communications Sefer Aliyev spoke on what the ministry is doing to expand the network of multi-service centers and introducing e-workflow to a press conference at RIA "Dagestan".

He said Daghestan multi-service centers are providing 116 public and municipal services, and by the end of this year, you’ll be able to get registry office services and pay municipal and federal bills here.
This is a "one window" service available in centers in 13 municipalities: Kaspijsk, Makhachkala, Kizilurt, Dagestandkie Ogni cities, and Gumbet, Dokuzpari, Karabudakhkent, Kumtorkali, Kuli, Novolakskoe, Levashi, Magaramkent, and Babayurt regions.

Introducing e-workflow started November 11, 2013; a month and a half later, all executive agencies were involved in the system. Now they are launching it on municipality and city levels.

Sefer Aliyev added that 25-26 September, Daghestan will be hosting a scientific-practical conference "Digital Region - Electronic Daghestan" featuring several round tables on information security and e-government. The partners to the conference are: Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, DPI, Rostelecom OJSC, Cheeks Group, InfoTeX JSC, Electronic Moscow JSC, Info Watch Group, and others.

The conference aims at sharing domestic and foreign practices of implementing federal and regional IT projects and programs. The main topic to discuss is summing up the best practices of e-government and information society development, in particular, automating mixed-use centers, rendering public e-services, developing IT-technology and information security. The event will bring together officials of the Russian ministries of communications and economic development, and heads of IT-agencies from various Russian regions.
