Firstly, it is necessary to set realistic objectives, based on the capabilities of the republic, Abdullatipov said. In this regard, the head of the region drew attention to the need for more careful attention to the investors and their interests. According to Abdulatipov, the investment climate formation is a complex problem that includes such issues as meeting potential investors in the airport, the state of the airport itself, the condition of roads, services, hotels, etc. - All these seemingly small things create the general idea of the republic for investors.
In this regard, the republic needs a qualitatively new level of performance, a new approach to the creation of the investment climate, including in the municipalities. "The government and society should be more civilized, if we want the investment projects to go ahead" - Abdulatipov noted.

The Head of the Republic drew attention to the need for a more detailed approach to the preparation of investment projects.

"There should be thoroughly painted timing of the project, the availability of infrastructure, area, obligations of the parties, etc." - he said, and pointed out the need for a special service that will support the development of instruments for the formation of investment sites.
