Makhachkala, April 17, 2014. On April 16, Daghestani Head Ramazan Abdulatipov came to Kaspiysk for a working visit where they summed up the socio-economic development of the town in 2013.

Here, Ramazan Abdulatipov was accompanied by the deputy chiefs of the Head and Government’s Administration Arthur Israpilov and Ismail Efendiev, the minister of economy and regional development Rayudin Yussufov, the minister of state property management Zeydula Yuzbekov, and the plenipotentiary representative of Daghestani Head in the central territorial district Shamil Zainalov.

They also visited 2 renowned educational institutions of Kaspiysk – the Omarov №6 school and the Agababov Children's School of Arts where Ramazan Abdulatipov met and gladly talked to the talented children.

The art school has the departments of piano, violin, folk and wind instruments, guitar, choreography, choirs, pop vocal, and children’s early aesthetic development. Here, Ramazan Abdulatipov saw and listened to the talented children’s art.

Daghestan Head could see the children paint and play musical instruments. Listening to a young violinist, he said that he also loves to play national musical instruments.

Ramazan Abdulatipov gave the school library a media compilation of Rasul Gamzatov’s works and wished the children lots of success in their studies and work. Then he instructed the Kaspiysk mayor to include a list of facilities to be renovated in the school in 2015 from the budget.

After the visit, Ramazan Abdulatipov participated in summarizing the socio-economic development of Kaspiysk at a meeting in the town hall.

"The town should develop; the citizens should live in a more comfortable environment year in year out, and I believe that the mayor is able to resolve issues like that. I appeal to all of you to join in the common cause and work as a unity," - Ramazan Abdulatipov concluded.
