Ramazan Abdulatipov meets with heads of parliamentary delegations of subjects NCFD

Makhachkala, April 24, 2015. On April 23, Dagestan Legislative Assembly celebrated its 20th anniversary. Parliamentary delegations from all regions of the North Caucasian Federal District, as well as the representatives of the State Duma and the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation arrived in Makhachkala to congratulate Dagestani deputies on this significant event.

Dagestani Head Ramazan Abdulatipov, having met with the heads of delegations, warmly welcomed the guests and expressed satisfaction with their visit to Dagestan. Besides, Ramazan Abdulatipov praised the idea of the chairman of Daghestan Legislative Assembly Khizri Shikhsaidov, who proposed to celebrate the anniversary of Dagestan parliamentary system.

"Parliament is a very important political institution. Despite all difficulties, the parliamentary system functions in the region and develops regional legal system", - R. Abdulatipov noted.

"Recently, RF President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin has repeatedly proposed to give more autonomy to the subjects of the Russian Federation and that the regions have to take responsibility. Many issues should be solved at the level of parliament, within the roundtable meetings with the regional leadership"- Ramazan Abdulatipov said.

The region governor pointed out the importance of such meetings that, in his opinion, contributes to strengthen relations among the political parties and to exchange positive experiences. Ramazan Abdulatipov also spoke about the feasibility of developing joint cultural and economic projects.
