Prime minister of Dagestan visits investment site "Uytash"

Makhachkala, February 15, 2016. On Thursday, February 11, Dagestani Prime Minister, Abdusamad Gamidov, accompanied by the advisor to the Minister of the Russian Federation for Affairs of the Northern Caucasus Rizvan Gazimagomedov, visited the investment site "Uytash" where several significant investment projects are implemented.

Abdusamad Gamidov and Rizvan Gazimagomedov together with investors visited the facilities located on the territory of the investment site.

According to Bagand Isaev, the director and founder of the building materials plant, by a lucky train of events and the timely start of funding by the end of the year four manufacturing lines for the production of ceramic bricks, concrete blocks, structural mixes and lime will be put into operation. 280 permanent jobs will be created when the company reaches the full capacity. The republican budget will annually receive tax payments in the amount of 116-120 million rubles.

The top officials also considered the issues of the current state of technical re-equipment and the project on the expansion of procuring production at "Gadjiev Plant" JSC where a casting body and a mechanical assembly workshop are planned to be put into operation in the nearest future.

As to the enterprise director Abdulvahab Papalashev, the administration intends to complete the expansion program and to relocate the enterprise to the suburbs of Makhachkala by 2022.
"The total area allotted for the object makes 7.3 hectares. As a result, the project will create 570 jobs. We hope that we will be able to launch the first smelting process in the foundry by November 2016 "- Papalashev said.

Noteworthy, the expansion program envisages the construction of the transport and foundry shops, factories, warehouses, procurement areas, offices and some other woodworking facilities.
The results of the inspection of the industrial facilities have been summed up at the meeting chaired by the Prime Minister. The governmental officials and businessmen considered organizational issues requiring operative solutions, in particular related to the abduction of land for infrastructure and staging companies on the tax account (at the request of the Mono-towns Development Foundation).
