Makhachkala, May 25, 2016. On Tuesday, May 24, the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation Maksim Topilin visited a number of cultural facilities in Makhachkala, the press service of Dagestani Head and government administration reports.

As informed, Topilin, accompanied by Dagestani Head Ramazan Abdulatipov, visited the Peoples’ Friendship Museum. Recall, the museum holds exhibits reflecting the state symbols of Russia, its regions and cities, objects of everyday life of different peoples, the national costumes, etc.

Then the delegation went to the ethno boutique "Dagestan", where the honored guests got familiarized with Tabasaran carpets, Balkhar pottery and dolls, Untsukul wood handicrafts, Kizlyar blades and knives, Kubachi silver jewelry and tea sets, as well as the pictures by Dagestan artists, books, antique brasses and the other cultural items.

Noteworthy, the Russian federation Minister praised the republican culture-oriented organizations.
