Makhachkala, March 16, 2017. Today, March 16, the first deputy chairman of Government of the Republic of Dagestan Ramazan Aliyev chaired a meeting devoted to the problems arising in the course of implementation of investment projects. In particular, the governmental officials considered a wide range of organizational issues related to the construction of engineering infrastructure, the proper operation of investment sites and the tempos of realization of several projects in Dagestan.

Ramazan Aliyev noted that the preliminary activities, including the tenders, are held quickly, with minimal shortcomings. However, in top official’s opinion, the number of problems keeps on accumulating at each subsequent stage, although this practice does not relate to all investment sites.

The meeting participants addressed the issues of gasification, electricity and water supply, logistics and the preparation of the full package of documents for each particular project. Summarizing, Ramazan Aliyev instructed relevant bodies to conduct a full inventory of facilities and to develop a plan of measures to eliminate the shortcomings.
