Makhachkala, May 13, 2016. The Head of the Republic of Dagestan Ramazan Abdulatipov has arrived to Azerbaijan with an official visit to attend the grand opening ceremony of the Days of Culture of Dagestan.

As reported, during the working visit, the Head of the Republic will also negotiate with the Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev and the representatives of business circles. The presentation of the investment and tourism potential of Dagestan will complete the economic part of Abdulatipov’s visit.

According to the press release, in Baku Dagestani leader intends to sign an agreement on cooperation between two parliaments - the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan and the People's Assembly of the Republic of Dagestan.

It is also reported that Ramadan Abdulatipov will meet with compatriots living in Azerbaijan. Apart from Azerbaijani capital Baku, the Head of Dagestan plans to visit Khachmaz and Gusar.
