The Republic of Dagestan will receive over RUB 3 billion in loans to fund critical infrastructure projects.  These funds will primarily support the completion of the Chirkey-Makhachkala-Kaspiysk main water pipeline and a pressure line connecting sewage pumping station No. 6 in Makhachkala with the wastewater treatment facilities in Kaspiysk.

Head of Dagestan, Sergei Melikov, confirmed that construction on the water pipeline progressed rapidly, with pipe laying finished and water supply equipment installation underway. The project is projected to be finalized by the end of 2025. The regional governor emphasized the significant positive impact this project will have on water quality for nearly one million local residents.
