Dagestan was one of three regions of the North Caucasian Federal District that will receive additional funds from the federal center for the development of energy, housing and utilities sector. In total, Dagestan, North Ossetia and Ingushetia will receive RUB 625.1 million for these purpose in 2024.

Dagestan will receive more than half of this amount - RUB 345 million. The list of activities on which the funds may be spent includes the creation of a single operator in the housing and utilities sector, the involvement of qualified specialists and the introduction of economically justified tariffs.
