Makhachkala, April 1, 2015. Civil Society Development Foundation came up with rankings of 10 most effective Russian governors where Dagestan Head found place. The foundation prepared the rankings on increase and decrease of governors’ effectiveness on the basis of expert assessment and measurement of their media appearance.

This time, experts analyzed the results of governors’ performance for the period from February 10 to 15 March, 2015. Dagestan Head Ramazan Abdulatipov was placed the eighth having improved his position by two points.

The regular integral rating of governors’ effectiveness will be published on a quarterly basis. The next release is expected in June, September, and December.
