Dagestan cuts budget expenditures per billion

Makhachkala, June 22, 2015. From the beginning of 2015, the republican budget cut the expenditures by 1 billion 135 million rubles, according to the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development RD.

Since the beginning of the year, Dagestan government has two times conducted verification of the republican budget. Simultaneously, with the reduction of budget expenditures in general, the government increased spending on public support for agricultural production up to 247 million rubles, - the ministry official reports.

Besides, the costs for the state program "Energy conservation and energy efficiency in the Republic of Dagestan for 2014-2016 and for the period up to 2020" increased by 162 million rubles. The costs for activities on resettlement of citizens from emergency housing have also increased by 371,7 million rubles.

According to the source, within the framework of the republican budget and property optimization program, the government proposed draft resolution on elimination of 10 inefficient state unitary enterprises and liquidation of 3 enterprises.

The projected total revenues of Dagestan for the current year makes about 82 billion rubles, including 56 billion rubles of the intergovernmental transfers from the federal budget. The total costs makes about 84 billion rubles. The deficit is projected at around 2 billion rubles.
