Makhachkala, June 1, 2015. On Monday, June 1, the first deputy head of Administration of the Head and Government RD Aleksey Gasanov, accompanied by Head of the Domestic Policy and Territorial Development depertament of administration Pahrudin Omarov visited Dagestan Personnel Center, where they spoke before the listeners – the deputy heads of administrations of the republican municipal and urban districts, supervising social issues.

Opening the lecture, Alexey Gasanov pointed out that the personnel policy, including all the aspects of professional training, nowadays, is paid much attention, caused by the extremely rapid pace of life.

"It is important that we all, first and foremost, the municipal authorities followed the implementation of information policy. People judge on how state bodies work observing the activity of the extensive social sphere specialists. Every day you communicate with people, and a lot depends on how you respond to their demands, "- Alexey Gasanov said.

Alexey Gasanov’s lecture included a range of topics: the detailed explanation of principles of organization of work in the institutions supervised by the audience and the reflection characteristics of domestic and foreign policy of Russia in present days. Thus Alexei Hasanov tried to convey the basic idea to the audience: "We should try to be proactive, taking into account the realities of life."
