Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov, the Chairman of Government of the Republic of Dagestan, indicated the most priority projects for Dagestan at the First Caucasus Investment Exhibition 2023 which took place at MinvodyEXPO.

"As of today, the most important thing for us is the beginning of construction and launch of waste processing plant within a year. At the same time Dagestani Head Sergei Melikov attaches importance to the processing of different products, such as aquaculture, as the region is the leader in Russia in terms of its production. For present, all aquaculture products from Dagestan come unprocessed.

Besides, an agreement has been signed for the construction of the fish and dairy product processing plants. Besides, we discussed a question of construction of a full cycle dairy complex in Dagestan"- Abdulmuslimov says. As to Abdulmuslimov, an enterprise for 1,000 dairy cows, respectively with a full cycle of milk processing, is planned to be created in the northern zone of the Republic of Dagestan.

"We also have a presentation going on here and products concerning the glass cluster are on display. Our Minister of Industry and Trade and the head of this enterprise also met with their colleagues. They want to further modernize and re-equip this enterprise, which is located in the town of Dagestanskie Ogny" Abdulmuslimov is quoted as saying.

Remind, at one of the exhibition venues, Dagestan delegation takes part in the discussion of issues related to the development of the entire agro-industrial complex in the Northern Caucasus.
