Polad Bulbuloglu gets "Honored Artist of Dagestan" title in Dagestan

Makhachkala, February 26, 2015. On February 25, the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Russian Federation hosted a ceremony, within which Dagestani Head Ramazan Abdullatipov announced a decree on awarding Polad Bulbuloglu, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia with the honorary title "Honored Artist of Dagestan".

The decree was signed on February 12, 2015 and is dedicated to the 70th ambassador’s jubilee, who was awarded the highest award of Dagestan for his merits in the development of art and many years of creative activity.

During the meeting, held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, Polad Bulbuloglu and Ramazan Abdulatipov expressed satisfaction with the current level of relations between Azerbaijan and Dagestan, and discussed the possibility of their further development. Besides, Polad Bulbuloglu was invited to visit a series of cultural events in Derbent.
