Marita Mugadova takes part in meeting of Presidential Council for Culture and Arts in the Kremlin

Makhachkala, December 25, 2014. The deputy Minister of Culture of Dagestan, the director of the Republican House of Folk Arts Marita Mugadova has participated in the meeting of the Presidential Council for Culture and Arts in the Kremlin. The joint meeting of the State Council and the Presidential Council on Culture and Arts, devoted to the implementation of state cultural policy took place on December 24 in the Kremlin under the chairmanship of the Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The meeting attendees focused on the issues of freedom of creation, preservation and use of tangible and intangible cultural heritage of the peoples of Russia in training and education, the development of Russian and national languages, literature, creation of favorable information environment for the formation of personality.
