Dagestan ensembles to take part in "We - together" gala concert in St. Petersburg

Makhachkala, November 5, 2015. Dagestan ensembles will take part in the gala concert "We - together," dedicated to the National Unity Day and the 10th anniversary of St. Petersburg House of Nationalities, held November 5 in the Concert Hall "October" in the northern capital.

This is the final event of the annual festival, held in conjunction with the House of Nationalities national-cultural associations, societies and fraternities of the city on the Neva River, with support of the Committee on International Relations and implementation of migration policies of municipal administration.

The honorary right to take part in the event, along with the best nominees was granted  to two Dagestani creative teams that won in the qualifying round of the festival; the ensemble of Dagestan of the Caucasus national culture "Friendship" and the Children and Youth Choreographic Ensemble "Imamate."

There are over 4 thousand participants of the cultural events. The representatives of national-cultural associations, cultural, recreational and educational and training institutions, social, charitable and sports organizations, teaching, educational and developmental and social rehabilitation centers in St. Petersburg, Kronstadt, Pushkin , residents of 15 municipal districts, invited guests, including Dagestan among them.
