The city of Perm is hosting the XXXI All-Russian Students Spring Festival which brought together active and creative youth from 85 regions of the Russian Federation. The Republic of Dagestan is represented by 40 participants who will perform in three competitive directions: "Vocal", "Dance" and "Theater".

As to Gulnara Alieva, the delegation head and the deputy director of the Republican Youth Center at the regional Youth Affairs Ministry, the Festival participants are well prepared and aimed to win. Alieva expressed confidence that they would worthily represent Dagestan at the big event. Alieva also noted that the scale of the competition was getting more and more impressive each year and the youth displayed readiness to surprise the audience and jury.
