Makhachkala, October 18, 2020. The construction of the cultural facility has been launched on the territory of the seaside residential area "Cote d'Azur" under the regional project "Cultural Environment". The government of the Republic of Dagestan renders assistance to those involved in project implementation.  

Major earthworks for the technical building are in progress. All the necessary utility systems (electrical transmission line, water supply pipe) had already been laid.  The contractor declares readiness to stick to schedule and conduct work at an active pace.

Dzhambulat Magomedov, the director general of the State Budgetary Institution "Academic Honored Dance Ensemble of Dagestan" Lezginka" announced his readiness to join the work as an expert associated with the civil control over the construction.
