Astrakhan brass band to open Dagestani fanfare festival
The festival will take place in Dagestan State Philharmonics with the support of the Russian and Dagestan ministries of culture.
The main goals of the festival are to return the brass music on the streets of the city, to revive the tradition of amateur and professional orchestras that had accompanied all the cultural events in the life of citizens, to inspire young people and to motivate them playing music instruments.
Besides, Astrakhan brass band, led by the honored worker of culture of Russia Vladimir Alatartsev with a concert program "Movie music" will open Dagestan fanfare festival.
