Makhachkala, April 5, 2018. The VTB Bank sees the prospect of cooperation in the field of small business development and is ready to support it in the territory of Dagestan, the head of VTB Bank's corporate business department across the North Caucasian Federal District Alexander Dyrenko said today at the meeting with the prime minister of Dagestan Artem Zdunov.

As priority Artem Zdunov outlined such areas of interaction as cash management and credit services. In part of the latter, according to the Prime Minister, Dagestan is experiencing a large deficit: "Those investors who plan to work in the republic or are already working here have scant offers from the banking system. There are few backbone banks in Dagestan. Therefore, we would like to spoke about the partnership in terms of implementation of investment projects. We know that VTB is a fast application review bank that has clear positions in dealing with customers. I wish that all this was applicable in the republic".

"We are ready to participate in the development of the republic, including the issues related to the implementation of investment projects" Dyrenko said, adding that state guarantees could be used to minimize the possible risks in lending means to certain enterprises. The VTB corporate business department head added that the bank's management sees the prospect of cooperation in the sphere of small business.
