Two Dagestan enterprises become laureates of "100 best goods of Russia" contest

Makhachkala, November 24, 2016. Two Dagestani enterprises became the laureates of the contest "100 best goods of Russia", the press service of the Center for Standardization and Metrology in Makhachkala reports.

The day before, on November 23 within the framework of the program of import substitution the Federal Budgetary Enterprise "Dagestan UCM" together with the "Academy of Quality Problems" summed up the annual contest "100 best goods of Russia" in the republic. The solemn awarding ceremony took place in the office of the Center for Standardization and Metrology.

This year, in order to support agricultural producers and their products, the attention was focused on the group of food products. According to results of the contest there were selected two diploma winners: the JSC "Friendship" producing drinks "Keger" and the "Year's novelty" nomination winner - the LLC "Agromir" with its tomato varieties “PandarozaF1”.

According to the agency, to date, Dagestan is involved in the process of filling the domestic market with high-quality and safe goods and achieved positive dynamics in the development of the agricultural sector.

According to the source, the contest "100 best goods of Russia" has been held for 18 years. "This is a significant social project for the country, which allows the local producers to make themselves known at the federal level, confirming its quality, and our customers know about the manufacturers whose products meet all current standards and norms", - the Center official told.
