Makhachkala, January 14, 2018. Two anchor investment projects worth 4.7 billion rubles will be realized in Dagestan mono-town of Kaspiysk, the republican government official informs. The delegation from Tatarstan, led by Minister of Economy of the region Artem Zdunov has recently visited the investment sites in the mono-town city.

"Nowadays, the engineering infrastructure facilities are being constructed for the anchor investment projects at the Utyash investment site in Kaspiysk" - the spokesperson noted.
The investment site "Uytash" can accommodate two residents: the LLC "Plant of Building Materials" with the project of industrial and construction complex "Kaspiysk" and the JSC "Gajiyev Plant" which relocates its forging and foundry shops from Makhachkala and carries out technical re-equipment and expansion of blank production.

Earlier it was reported that the investment platform of the production type "Uytash" is being created as part of the mono-town development program. In total, 850 jobs are planned to be created here. The creation of engineering infrastructure costs 630 million rubles allocated from the Mono-City Development Fund.
