Makhachkala, October 13, 2019. The “Visit Caucasus” Foundation plans to open tourist information centers in the regions of the North Caucasus. By the end of the year, two tourist information centers will have been opened in Dagestan and Karachay-Cherkessia.

The tourist information center in Derbent will appear near the main tourist destination - the Naryn-Kala citadel. The tourist information center is a reception to which tourist buses will drive up. Here, the tourists will receive information about the existing routes, workshops, excursions and can also rent a car.

The centers will organize meetings with the tour operators and hoteliers on the issues of developing skills for the tourism industry.
