Makhachkala, March 13, 2014. Daghestani minister of economy and regional Development Rayudin Yussufov held a meeting with Daghestani minister of trade, investment and enterprise Yusup Umavova, the minister of construction, architecture and housing Mussa Mussaev, as well as the representatives of Daghestani ministry of communications, ministry of justice and other ministries.
The meeting participants discussed the current problems related to the implementation of priority projects "Creation of growth points ", "Effective state governance" and "Effective regional development” in 2014.

R. Yussufov offered to develop an interagency cooperation for weekly monitoring over the investment projects under implementation and to timely submit reports on implementation of mechanisms to develop interagency cooperation. A special roadmap developed by the Ministry that defines responsible bodies for the implementation of specific points of plan, outlines the volumes and sources of funding for projects and distinctly shows their progress and the results could serve as an effective mean.

The network diagrams for the project "Creation of growth points", "Effective regional development" and "Good governance" will be prepared and agreed as soon as possible and posted on the websites of the relevant ministries and departments.

Rayudin Yussufov noted that the Ministry of Economy and territorial development RD prepared a "road map" for the implementation of priority project "Whitewashing of economy" approved by governmental order available on the official website of the Ministry.

The Minister pointed out that the heads of executive authorities had been recommended to take measures on unconditional implementation of "roadmap" activities and to report on the course of implementation of relevant paragraphs of the "roadmap" on each Wednesday.
