Makhachkala, March 12, 2014. In 2014 the "RusHydro", JSC will invest more than RUR 12 billion in the construction of hydropower facilities in the South and North Caucasian Federal Districst, the deputy chairman of "RusHydro" OJSC Rakhmetulla Alzhanov says.

As to R. Alzhanov, the investment project implies the ficinishing works at Gotsatlinskaya hydro-electric power station in Daghestan this year.

"RusHydro" is expected to invest 12 billion rubles in the construction of hydroelectric power stations - Gotsatlinskaya hydro-electric power plant, Zelenchukskaya (Karachay-Cherkessia) , Zaramagskaya ( Ossetia) Zaragizhskaya ( Ossetia) and 6 small hydropower stations in Karachay-Cherkessia and Stavropol region "- the spokesman concluded.
