Makhachkala, March 21, 2014. RUR 119.8 million were steered for small and medium businesses’ development in Daghestan in 2013, Daghestan ministry of finance official said to RIA "Daghestan".
According to the source, the funding has helped attract RUR 462.7 million from the federal budget for developing entrepreneurship in Daghestan. 26.6 million went to subsidize investment projects which has helped attract loans of 244 million to the Daghestan economy.
In 2013, Daghestan ministry of finance granted state guarantees of RUR 1.8 billion allowing them to bring another 2.5 billion to the real economy this year. Of these, 705 million was steered to agriculture, and 1.8 billion - to the industrial sector.
"Despite the difficulties with implementing the budget in 2013, Daghestan investment program has been executed in full. It has been funded to the extent provided by the budget law for the tax year, which is RUR 10.6 billion, including 4.6 billion of federal funds, and 6 billion from Daghestan budget," the source concluded.
