Makhachkala, August 27, 2015. The participants of the regular sitting of the in the state Energy Agency of the Republic of Dagestan considered gas supply issues for the investment project "Matlas". The meeting was held under the chairmanship of the deputy Head of the Agency for Energy RD Magdi Gitinov, director general of the investment project Igor Kubyshkin and the deputy Director of the JSC "Gazprom gas distribution Dagestan" Kairhan Abidinov.

During the discussion, Igor Kubyshkin informed that it was necessary to begin the construction of the pipeline for the needs of the investment project. The pre-calculated gas consumption at this site makes approx. 1 million cubic meters. However, the situation is complicated by the fact that no gas pipeline was laid in the nearby settlements of Khunzakhsky district.

It was supposed to take an initiative of submitting an application to the LLC "Gazprom Mezhregiongaz" in order to start the construction of a gas pipeline with the scheduled start of pre-filing in 2016.

Starting the construction of the gas pipeline, we simultaneously include the construction of gas pipelines to the nearby villages to the complex plan for the years 2016-2020.
