Representatives of Dagestan participate in Federal Seminar

Makhachkala, December 3, 2014. On Monday, December 1 a three-day seminar-workshop on regional policy, organized by the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation opened in the Corporate University of Sberbank in a village of Anosino near Moscow. It brought together the representatives of the authorities of all subjects of Russia, supervising internal and social policy. Dagestan was represented by the first deputy prime minister RD Anatoly Karibov and the first deputy head of governmental administration Alexei Gasanov.

The seminar-workshop was moderated by the Head of Presidential Administration Sergei Ivanov, the heads of departments of the Presidential Administration on domestic policy and anti-corruption Oleg Morozov and Oleg Plohoy. In particular, Sergei Ivanov spoke about the need for the first half of 2015 to create a road map for all import substitution industries in Russia and paid special attention to the need to find new formats for building a systematic dialogue between the government and civil society and pointed out the importance of implementing active youth policy.

The first deputy Head of Presidential Administration Vyacheslav Volodin, the Public Health Minister RF Veronika Skvortsova, the Minister of Labour and Social Protection RF Maxim Topilin, the Education Minister Dmitry Livanov, the deputy Foreign Minister Vasily Nebenzia, the first deputy Chairman of the Central Bank RF Ksenia Yudaeva, the assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Andrei Fursenko, the advisor to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Tolstoy, the scientists of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University) and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation and others acted as lecturers before the representatives of the Russian Federation regions.
