Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov, the prime minister of the republican government inspected the progress of the investment project initiated by "Dagestan Glass Tara" LLC in the town of Dagestanskie Ogny.

The project envisages the construction of a modern glass furnace and installation of modern equipment for the production of high-quality products in the amount of 160 tons of glass per day and 144 million pieces of glass per year. The equipment purchased has no analogues in Russia.

The enterprise will produce lightweight glass containers with increased strength, which will ensure consistently high demand for the products. It is planned to create 172 jobs. The total cost of the investment project makes more than 1.7 billion rubles.

The production launch is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024.
