Makhachkala, September 2, 2014. New technologies and prospects of developing construction industry in the North Caucasus Federal District were discussed at a round table in Makhachkala, the press service of the NCFD Builders’ Guild informed RIA "Dagestan".  The director general of the guild Ali Shakhbanov pointed out the innovative and energy-saving technology’s significance in construction and added that in Daghestan, many projects are applying the latest technology.

Head of the state construction supervision control of Daghestan ministry of construction, architecture and common facilities Akhmed Magomedov urged to pay attention to how new technology and modern materials affect the quality and modern design of today’s construction projects. "Daghestan needs the technology. Ecological composite materials are replacing the regular fit-out bricks. Therefore, we have to update our technology, bases, staff and resources."- Magomedov said.

Here, the "Transstroi" company told about their innovative construction technology named "permanent formwork", its potential and production challenges. The company and the Builders’ Guild had researched the market of builders’ forums and exhibitions to sort out the most advanced technology to be unique for Russia.
In turn, the "First Company on ecological construction" SRO and the "MOS SC" building company presented a frame low-rise construction technology using light steel thin-walled structures. Significantly reducing the construction time, this technology improves efficiency and saves money.  

At the end of the meeting, the first resource center accredited by the Russian Builders’ Association "North-Caucasian advanced training institute for construction and housing experts" and the №2 Daghestan Civil Engineering College signed an agreement on cooperation in training professionals, including educational programs by "Knauf".
