“Kaspiysk” industrial construction complex, situated in Dagestan, is on the verge of its official launch. This development was conveyed by Nizam Khalilov, the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic, during a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov, focusing on transformative projects.
The inception of this production, spearheaded by ROVNA LLC, forms part of a significant regional initiative to foster a glass industry cluster. To date, the company has received an investment of RUB 1.32 billion and generated 125 new employment opportunities. The complex encompasses several advanced production lines, including a facility for the annual production of 80 thousand tons of dry building mixes and a cellular concrete (aerated concrete) production line with an output volume of 360 thousand cubic meters per year.
According to the minister, the formal approval for the commencement of operations at this facility is anticipated this month. This milestone will serve as a sequential advancement in the cluster's development, following the May 2024 launch of lime production with a daily capacity of 200 tons in the region. By establishing our own production of essential building materials, the region's escalating infrastructure and housing project requirements can be addressed, thereby lessening reliance on imports and products from other regions.
