Makhachkala, October 9, 2014. The "Golden Autumn - 2014" Russian agricultural exhibition is taking place these days in the All-Russia Exhibition Center in Moscow. The Republic of Daghestan signed a series of cooperation agreements, including with Moscow. The agreement has become a significant achievement, taking into account the vast capacity of Moscow market - one of the largest in Russia.

Daghestan Deputy Prime Minister Sharip Sharipov and the head of the Department of Trade and Services of Moscow Alexei Nemeryuk signed the cooperation agreement. Commenting on the agreement, Daghestan Deputy Prime Minister Sharip Sharipov noted its great significance for Daghestan agricultural sector development.  

"I think this is a step in the right direction. Daghestani farmers will provide Moscow warehouses with agricultural products under the terms of the agreement. At the same time, it provides for consolidation of trading platforms assigned to our producers within fairs and exhibitions in the metropolitan region. By the way, we make certain that Daghestan products are in big demand and the customers purchase it with pleasure"- he said.

As to Sharip Sharipov, firstly the Muscovites are interested in buying meat lamb, fruits and vegetables, canned food and some other items.
