More than 100 companies to participate in inter-regional exhibition forum "Business Dagestan - 2016"

Makhachkala, January 27, 2016. Over 100 companies and enterprises applied for participation in the XIII inter-regional exhibition forum "Business Dagestan - 2016" to be held March 16-17 in Makhachkala, the director general of "Dagestan-EXPO" Magomed Saruglanov said during the briefing in the press - center of "Dagestanskaya Pravda" weekly.  

The big industrial plants, telecommunications companies, banking and credit organizations, the leading universities of the republic, Dagestan Scientific Center, RAS are among the applicants. The exhibition will consist of presentation of production of industrial enterprises, the innovative projects, import, transport, communications, telecommunications and information technologies, the power and energy-saving design projects, interior designs, advertising and printing services. The business part of the forum includes conferences, seminars, round tables and presentations.

"Such exhibitions create favorable investment climate, attract potential foreign investors in the economy of the republic, as well as contribute to the promotion of competitive products, goods and services. The main purpose of the exhibition is to assist the manufacturers, wholesale and retail companies from different regions of the country in promoting their products to the markets of Dagestan and the Northern Caucasus. The event also aims at the promotion and support of import and export of a wide nomenclature, including high-tech products" - Saruglanov told.

The Head of the Industry and Innovations Department of the republican Ministry for Industry, Trade and Investments Magomednabi Murtuzaliev noted that the ministry traditionally cooperated with "Dagestan-EXPO" with regard to the organization of the Forum-exhibition "Business Dagestan."

"The increasing number of businesses partners annually participate in the exhibition, as the forum is, undoubtedly, a useful event contributing to the promotion of products, including to the other regions, and arranging cooperation among enterprises in the republic. Noteworthy, for our part we carry out various activities to promote local goods and services. The ministry also develops catalogues of Dagestan and separately import-substituting goods"- Saruglanov added.
