Mobile counseling center established in Daghestan to support entrepreneurs

Makhachkala, October 2, 2014. A mobile counseling center has been established in the Daghestan Center for Business Development, the press service of the republican ministry of industry and trade informed RIA "Dagestan".

It is part of the republican target program "Developing small and medium-sized businesses in Daghestan in 2014-2016" implemented with the help and financial support of the ministry of industry, trade and investment. The center helps implement the state policy in developing small and medium-sized businesses by consulting on all forms and types of supporting businesses.

The center’s work is aimed at improving the legal awareness among entrepreneurs and people willing to go into business and providing advice and information to small and medium-sized businesses. The center also takes part in events, even field events, held by Daghestani executive authorities, local authorities and entrepreneurs’ public associations on cooperation in developing and supporting small and medium-sized businesses.

The center has a minibus specially equipped with the necessary office appliances, legal documents, memos, directories, leaflets, guidelines, etc. Daghestan Business Development Center’s subdivisions provide additional counseling through personal phone interviews and on-site interviews in Daghestan cities and regional centers.

The staff gives advice on opening and registering individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, protecting rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs while implementing state and municipal control (supervision), selecting the taxation scheme, on events envisaged in Daghestan target program of supporting small and medium-sized businesses, on trends and terms of state support, business planning development programs, and grant support.
