Makhachkala to host XII Daghestan Interregional Agricultural Forum and "Dagprodekspo 2014" Exhibition

Makhachkala, November 11, 2014. The XII Daghestan Interregional Agricultural Forum and the "Dagprodekspo 2014" Exhibition will take place in Rasul Gamzatov Republican Library in Makhachkala on November 13 - 15, the director of the Republican exhibition and marketing center "Dagestan-EXPO" Magomed Saruglanov reports.

The forum exhibition "Dagprodekspo 2014" is one of the most significant events of the agro-industrial sector across the North Caucasian Federal District. The exhibition is conducted within the framework of the priority project of Daghestani Head "The effectiveness of the national agro industrial complex".

The main goals of the forum are to implement effective measures aimed at the development and strengthening of interregional relations, to promote competitive products, goods and services, to increase business activity and investment attractiveness of the agricultural sector of Daghestani economy.

The initiators of the exhibition forum are Daghestan ministry of agriculture and food, the National Exhibition Center "Dagestan-EXPO" with the participation and support of Daghestan Leader and  Government’s administration, Daghestan ministry of industry, trade and investment, Daghestan ministry of state property management, Daghestan ministry of national affairs, Daghestan ministry of mass media and information, Makhachkala administration and others.

"The exhibition will be attended by 50 participants, and more than 100 vendors from different districts of the republic participate in the forum entitled "prospects for food security and development priorities of gardening” - Magomed Saruglanov said.

It should be noted that producers of Daghestan, Chechnya, Kabardino-Balkaria, Stavropol and Krasnodar territories, as well as other regions of Russia will also take part in the exhibition "Dagprodekspo-2014".
