A new production of lighting equipment will be launched in Dagestan. Such an agreement was signed the day before at a meeting between the first deputy chairman of Dagestan Batyr Emeyev and the largest domestic manufacturers of lighting devices - the Kudashkin brothers.

Businessmen Dmitry and Yuri Kudashkin own the Ardatovsk lighting plant and a lighting device plant. The entrepreneurs became interested in Dagestan as an investment platform for launching a new full-cycle lighting engineering plant.
The lighting factories manufacture industrial, public, street and special lighting devices. Military hospitals to accommodate COVID patients, erected during a pandemic by order of the Russian President Vladimir Putin, were equipped with lamps produced by the Kudashkins, because their products are included in the register of industrial goods for public procurement purposes of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

“We have agreed to localize 20% of production on the territory of our republic in September. We will produce large complex components. The small ones will be brought in, and here, in the republic, the entire assembly will be carried out. Over time, all the components for this will be fully produced in Dagestan. Thus, we will get a full-fledged production of high-quality lighting products, which are in demand both in the domestic market and abroad” – Emeyev said.
