An enterprise for the production of building materials is planned to be launched in in the city of Kaspiysk by the end of 2022. Its products will be used to implement large investment projects in the region.

Magomedali Bagandov, the director general of Kapitalinvestprom JSC announced this on Thursday during a working trip of deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak to the region and a meeting with the Head of Dagestan, Sergei Melikov.

“Aerated concrete blocks, lime, dry mixes will be produced here. There will also be constructed a brick factory. The enterprise is designed to produce approx. 460 cubic meters of aerated concrete, 140 thousand tons of bricks, 70 thousand tons of lime and dry mixes per year.

According to Bagandov, there is a risk of not connecting engineering communications for the enterprise on time. At present, all the relevant applications have been submitted and contracts concluded with the energy grid company. The enterprise, according to Bagandov, will use local raw materials necessary for the production.
