Makhachkala, October 31, 2016. Today, 31 October, the representatives of the two major Iranian companies have arrived in Dagestan. Among the Honored guests, there are the official representative of the Iranian port in Azerbaijan, the official representative of the shipping company “KHAZAR Shipping”, the minister counsellor of the Iranian Maritime Transport Ministry, Ali Reza Haddad and the director of "Teheran-Tour" Yahya Haddad.

The main goal of the official visit is to discuss some issues related to the cooperation with Makhachkala Commercial Seaport and customs service of the Iranian ships in Dagestani port", - the spokesperson informed.

A sitting with the participation of Dagestan Minister of Industry and Trade Yusup Umavov and the head of Iran-Dagestan trade association Shamil Gajiyev took place within the official visit. The parties considered the possibility of cooperation of “KHAZAR Shipping” with Makhachkala Commercial Seaport. It should be noted that the company has more than
150 ships, 30 of which are served in the basin of the Caspian Sea, and the rest - all over the world.

"Today, the parties agreed on the arrival of representatives of the Iranian trading ports and ”KHAZAR Shipping” to Dagestan. The parties also negotiated on the cooperation of Dagestan companies with the "Tehran-Tour" JSC.
