Makhachkala, June 19, 2015. According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Dagestan, the federal budget allocated 190 million rubles to support start-up farmers in the republic. "In 2015, the federal budget had already allocated a subsidy of 189.7 million rubles for the same purpose" – the Ministry official says.

The financial means, in official’s words, will be directed to state support of measures aimed at provision of grants for the establishment and development of farming enterprises and one-time assistance to domestic novice farmers. The total amount of subsidies to different regions under the same program in 2015 amounts to 3.2 billion rubles.
