The district competition committee of the "Exporter of the Year" national award announced winners in the North Caucasian Federal District: the best results were shown by Stavropol Territory, as well as Dagestan and Kabardino-Balkaria, Ruslan Abaskuliyev head of the Dagestan export support center said.

The solemn award ceremony was held within the framework of the conference "Export Navigator" in Makhachkala.

"In total, about 17 companies became prize-winners of the contest across the North Caucasian Federal District. The awards were handed over by Artem Khrukin, the head of the Agency for Entrepreneurship and Investments of the Republic of Dagestan and Tatiana Sakharova, advisor to the head of the Russian Export Center" - Abaskuliyev is quoted as saying.

As to Abaskuliyev, Kizlyar cognac factory turned out to be the prize-winner in three nominations. The other winners among Dagestan companies are "Dagestan glass tara" and "Yug-product" enterprises.
