Makhachkala, March 28, 2017. The Chairman of the Government of Russia Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on the establishment of Accelerated Development Territory in Dagestan city of Kaspiysk.
The ADT aims at giving additional impetus to the development of the local economy, the attraction of investments, the creation of new jobs and the production of export-oriented and import-substituting products regardless of the activity of the OJSC Dagdizel Plant.

A factory for the production of canned food from organic fruits and vegetables, a comprehensive logistics center, the GreenCity agro-industrial park, a wood processing plant with innovative equipment, several enterprises for creating drip irrigation tapes and fiberglass pipes, a factory for manufacturing of fiberglass and composite materials, the hotel and recreation complexes on the sea coast, as well as an industrial and construction complex Ksa "Kaspiysk" will be constructed in Kaspiysk within the framework of a series of investment projects.
