The Tour Operators’ Association of Russia announced that demand for trips to Dagestan increases by 25-30% among Russian tourists. According to information published on the website of the Association, instead of traveling to the Black Sea resorts, the tourists from Russia’s regions went on vacation to the Caucasian region - Dagestan. In the current tourist season, demand for travel to Dagestan has increased by 25-30 percent compared to the same period of the last year. "The analysts of tour operator "Intourist" record a 50 percent increase in bookings, the "Multitour" company registered a 70 percent increase in demand" - TOAR spokesman says.
