Dagestani Head arrives in Iran as part of official Russian delegation

Teheran, March 1, 2015. On February 29, Dagestani Head Ramazan Abdulatipov, as part of the official Russian delegation, headed by Sergey Levin, the deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, arrived to the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The Russian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Islamic Republic of Iran Levan Dzhagaryan, Andrei Luganskiy, Russia's trade representative in Tehran and the representative of Dagestan Government at the Russian Trade Mission in Iran Emin Aliyev, met the honored guests at the airport in Tehran.

It should be noted that within the two-day working visit, the delegation will meet with the Minister of Agricultural Jihad of Iran Mohammad Hojjati. Besides, Ramazan Abdulatipov intends to discuss mutually beneficial projects with the president of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Asadola Asgaloradi and the head of the group of investment companies "Hamrahiyan Group", Mr. Hamid Hamrahiyan.

At the same time, the parties will sign memorandums of intent on the construction in the Republic of Dagestan, a large dairy cattle-breeding complex and the creation of a joint Iranian-Daghestani large logistics center with a warehouse for temporary storage and processing agricultural products in Dagestan.
