Makhachkala, May 14, 2019. Dagestan Prime Minister Artem Zdunov and vice premier - the Minister of Agriculture and Food Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov visited the fruit tree nursery of Agrofirm Kulzeb LLC located in the village of Stalskoye in Kizilyurtovsky district.

The company is engaged in the cultivation of prunes on the area of 350 hectares. Besides, the Agrofirm Kulzeb LLC processes the grown products and sends 70% for sale to Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kazan. The company's management plans to begin purchasing products grown in the adjacent Khasavyurtovsky district. For this, additional equipment for drying had already been purchased.

Abdulmuslimov noted that the prunes and apricots processing plant, namely, the fruits drying facilities would be constructed in the region. As part of a working visit to Kizilyurtovsky district, the government officials also visited the Sulaksky complex, which implements investment project on the reconstruction of the premises, the purchase and installation of technological equipment for storing fruits and vegetables.
