Makhachkala, March 14, 2017. Dagestan will allocate 4.8 billion rubles for communication infrastructure development by 2023, the republican Ministry of Transport, Energy and Communications reports. The funds will be allocated within the framework of implementation of the republican target program "Development of the Information and Communication Infrastructure of Dagestan for 2017-2022". In particular, 3.8 billion rubles will be allocated for the implementation of the program from the republican budget, 239 million rubles from the federal budget, the remaining part of the amount is planned to be drawn from the extra budgetary sources.
