Dagestan takes 20 medals at Golden Autumn - 2015

Makhachkala, October 12, 2015. Dagestani enterprises worthy presented the republic at the 17 th Russian Agricultural Exhibition “Golden Autumn -2015”, held in Moscow on October 8 - 11. As it was reported, Dagestan entrepreneurs obtained the Grand Prix and 20 different medals.

The heads of federal ministries and departments, the heads of Russian regions, heads and representatives of a number of foreign delegations, numerous visitors and ordinary Muscovites visited Dagestan exposition, which was designed as the Naryn-Kala citadel.  The deputy Prime Minister RD Sharip Sharipov and Dagestan minister of agriculture Battal Battalov met the guests and visitors.

The best agricultural enterprises of the republic demonstrated its agricultural products within four days of the exhibition.

The range of products was various: cognac, wine and champagne of the leading alcohol enterprises, meat and dairy products of such enterprises  as Kizlyaragrocomplex, "Amir-S", Uritsky meat cutting plant, herbal teas from mountain herbs of the Ekokavkaz LLC, fruits and vegetables from the fields of the republic, etc.

By results of the Russian National Agricultural Exhibition, Dagestan has gained about 20 different medals, and as in last year, the republic received the highest award of the exhibition - the Grand Prix.

It should be noted, that a huge number of guests visited Dagestan exposition. One of them became the governor of Tambov region Aleksandr Nikitin. According to Nikitin, Tambov region was ready to cooperate with Dagestan in various fields.

"Today, Dagestan is at the forefront on issues of import substitution and the overall food security of the country. We see how much attention is paid to Dagestan agriculture development.
