Makhachkala, October 8, 2015. The XVII Russian Agricultural Exhibition "Golden Autumn-2015" opened today, October 8, in the exhibition center "Crocus Expo" in Moscow. The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, the deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, the Agriculture Minister Alexander Tkachev, the representatives of departments and the heads of regions took part in the official opening ceremony.

The main agricultural forum of the country involves 2.5 thousand companies from 64 Russian regions and 24 countries. The deputy Prime Minister RD Sharip Sharipov heads Dagestan delegation. The business program of the forum consists of over 50 events. The expositions of regions featuring the largest investment projects in the sphere of agriculture will become a key section of the Forum.

This year, Dagestan exposition is placed on a prestigious place - at the beginning of the exhibition grounds, available to any visitor of the agrarian exhibition. It is decorated in the style of Dagestan color with elements of the fortress of Naryn-Kala.

Dagestan presents products of the leading agricultural enterprises, among them - Kizlyar and Derbent Brandy Factories, Derbent factory of sparkling wines, Kikuninsky cannery, Kizlyaragrocomplex, "Amir-S", "Sogratl", "Pishevik" KFH "Azamat", "Dido" and "Boztorgai", "Darada-Murad" and others JSCs. In total, the exhibition brings together about 20 agricultural enterprises of Dagestan. The region also presents several investment projects related to the construction of modern greenhouses.

The “Golden Autumn ” is the main agrarian event of year for representatives of agriculture and the food industry. Here the best domestic brands of food, novelties of fodder and veterinary production, the most productive breeds of animals and a bird are shown. One of the main sections of an exhibition is the specialized exposition of modern agricultural machinery and equipment. The ” Golden Autumn ” – the real holiday of a crop at the end of the agrarian year for the Russian landowners, on the eve of Day of the worker of agriculture and processing industry.

At the same time ” Golden Autumn ” actively strengthens the status of the largest economic forum in the agrarian and industrial complex sphere. Annually the exhibition is attended by the top officials of Russian federation and the heads of the agrarian ministries of the countries of Europe, Asia and America that allows to resolve the serious political and economic issues connected with cooperation of Russia with the countries of the near and far abroad.

Let us remind that Dagestan won the Grand Prix of the Forum in 2014.

For reference: In 2014 years the expositions of the “Golden Autumn” exhibition were placed on the area of 60 000 sq.m. The achievements showed more than 2500 enterprises and the organizations from 24 countries of the world. Russia was presented by 55 regions. The main agrarian event of the country was covered by over 500 mass media of Russia and the foreign countries.
