Makhachkala, January 19, 2016. The expert of Dagestan Public Chamber Gadzhimurad Rabadanov suggested modern technologies for the republican vine growing industry, the press service of Dagestan ministry of agriculture reports. Rabadanov suggests the modernization of production process and the introduction of modern technologies to improve the qualitative and quantitative indicators of agricultural production in the viticulture industry.

The expert received a patent on the model of “V-shaped two-plane trellis for the vine". This innovative technology of vine growing is modern not only in Dagestan but in Russia as well: the author argues that his invention has no analogues in the world.

As to Rabadanov, the project allows to increase the yield - up to 500 tons per hectare. The specialized vineyards and wineries can introduce Rabadanov’s invention in the work.

"According to my method, the vines can be grown at an angle, forming a triangle. There are many advantages: it is possible to simultaneously irrigate two rows. The trellis in the form of a triangle are stable. During machinery processing of vineyards the vine does not cling, sunlight penetrates through. This method will be useful in winter period too. The two rows save more heat"- the technology author says.

Let us remind Gadzhimurad Rabadanov has a 25-year experience of work in agriculture. He has gone the way from an ordinary worker to the head of the village administration and the director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Mashadtynsky." The new technology of growing grapes first was invented long in 1998 but the patent was given in 2013 only.
Nowadays when the republic is reviving the wine-growing industry, the new method will be in great demand.
