Dagestan displays best result in implementation of the RLD (Ready for Labor and Defense) system among the regions. The All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex RLD has published an updated rating of regions for the fourth quarter of 2021. The Republic of Dagestan made the biggest leap forward in the ranking in the fourth quarter, rising by 23 points. At the moment, according to the implementation of the RLD system, Dagestan is in the fourth ten among the regions of the country. According to the Republican RLD Testing Center, in Dagestan over 156,000 Dagestanis received RLD insignia for successful achieving standards.
